All reservations are made directly to the owner via email. As soon as the reservation is made,
a deposit for 50% of the total rental amount is due. Final payment is due 60 days in advance of the
arrival date. All payments can be made via personal check, money order, or wire transfer.

your requested dates of arrival, and departure.
